Terms & Condition
Booking and Confirmation:
To secure our catering services for your event, a deposit of 20% of the total estimated cost is required upon booking
The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the event date.
Confirmation of the booking will be provided once the deposit is received.
Menu Selection and Customization:
We offer a wide range of menu options for various occasions, including Wedding Catering, Small Party Catering, Engagement Catering, Housewarming Catering, and Corporate Catering.
The final menu selection should be made 15 days prior to the event, and any changes after that may incur additional charges.
We are open to customizing menus based on dietary restrictions, allergies, and cultural preferences. Please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your requirements.
Guest Count and Final Payment:
The final guest count should be confirmed 15 days before the event. Any changes after that may be subject to availability and additional charges.
The number of plate increases then present number, extra amount has to be paid for extra plate on the day of function. Number of plate count will be done in presence of both the parties. In case of excess guest up to 10%, caterer is ready to serve according to privilege rate but in case of more guest due to insufficient of food, caterer will not be responsible.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Once order is placed no cancellation is accepted in any circumstances only in case of unavoidable reason, paid amount may be adjusted for the next performance. The rate of contract per plate will remain same, valid for 12 months duration.
Service and Equipment:
Our catering services include food preparation, setup, and service at the designated venue.
We provide necessary serving staff, cutlery, crockery, and buffet setup.
Any damage or loss of equipment during the event caused by the client or their guests will be charged separately.
Force Majeure:
In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, bandh or any other force majeure event beyond our control, we will make every effort to accommodate an alternative arrangement or reschedule the event.
Liability:
We are not responsible for any allergies, illnesses, or adverse reactions caused by the consumption of food and beverages provided during the event. Guests are advised to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or theft.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
